Personally, I love Barney Almond Butter because it’s smooth and creamy and doesn’t have a bunch of unhealthy ingredients and it’s non-GMO.  It’s also keto-friendly for those following the keto diet. 

Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips are the perfect accompaniment to these fat bombs and they are my favorite.  Made from high-quality dark chocolate and sweetened with Stevia they fill right in with the ketogenic diet.

These Ferrero Rocher Fat Bombs are what I would consider rich and decadent.

The base is made from ground hazelnuts, which adds a nutty yet crunchy texture, and can easily be adapted to paleo or vegan versions.

A little more work is involved to put these delicacies together but you won’t be disappointed. These are best stored in the freezer to keep their form.

The perfect treat for when you are relaxing with your favorite cup of coffee.

These delectable little nuggets of goodness reminded me of cookies ‘n cream ice-cream, which I love. They are the ideal low carb treat and no baking required.

Personally, I am not on a keto diet, but I am trying to cut down on the sugar. I came across this recipe, and it didn’t disappoint. 

These cookies ‘n cream fat bombs are pretty easy to put together. 

The method involves lightly toasting almond flour and then mixing in cocoa, oil or butter, and a sweetener. I used Monkfruit sweetener, which turned out perfect.  You then whip up some full-fat coconut milk and heavy cream for the “vanilla cream” flavor and freeze it all together.
