More and more people are opting for the keto lifestyle in conjunction with intermittent fasting and are getting amazing results with weight loss.
The idea is to cut the carbs and focus on healthy fats and protein for most of your daily caloric intake.
With the keto diet, you want to eliminate almost all carbs (including those that come from fruit), so how do you satisfy your sweet tooth?
INTRODUCING LOW-CARB KETO FAT BOMBS!
They are the perfect low-carb dessert and that can really help curb those sugar cravings for those following the keto diet.
1. Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookie Dough

Who doesn’t love the combination of chocolate and peanut butter? Duh!!
These chocolate chip peanut butter cookie dough fat bombs are sure to please. They have only seven ingredients and most of them you will most likely already have on hand. Since some people have peanut allergies (my husband) then you can easily swap the peanut butter for any other nut butter.
Personally, I love Barney Almond Butter because it’s smooth and creamy and doesn’t have a bunch of unhealthy ingredients and it’s non-GMO. It’s also keto-friendly for those following the keto diet.
Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips are the perfect accompaniment to these fat bombs and they are my favorite. Made from high-quality dark chocolate and sweetened with Stevia they fill right in with the ketogenic diet.

5. Cookies ‘N Cream Fat Bombs

These delectable little nuggets of goodness reminded me of cookies ‘n cream ice-cream, which I love. They are the ideal low carb treat and no baking required.
Personally, I am not on a keto diet, but I am trying to cut down on the sugar. I came across this recipe, and it didn’t disappoint.
These cookies ‘n cream fat bombs are pretty easy to put together.
The method involves lightly toasting almond flour and then mixing in cocoa, oil or butter, and a sweetener. I used Monkfruit sweetener, which turned out perfect. You then whip up some full-fat coconut milk and heavy cream for the “vanilla cream” flavor and freeze it all together.
I also love these silicone baking cups because they make baking a breeze and nothing sticks. If you have not tried these silicone baking cups in your kitchen you are missing out.
