These chocolate chip peanut butter cookie dough fat bombs are sure to please. They have only seven ingredients and most of them you will most likely already have on hand. Since some people have peanut allergies (my husband) then you can easily swap the peanut butter for any other nut butter.

Personally, I love Barney Almond Butter because it’s smooth and creamy and doesn’t have a bunch of unhealthy ingredients and it’s non-GMO.  It’s also keto-friendly for those following the keto diet. 

Lily’s Dark Chocolate Chips are the perfect accompaniment to these fat bombs and they are my favorite.  Made from high-quality dark chocolate and sweetened with Stevia they fill right in with the ketogenic diet.

These delectable little nuggets of goodness reminded me of cookies ‘n cream ice-cream, which I love. They are the ideal low carb treat and no baking required.

Personally, I am not on a keto diet, but I am trying to cut down on the sugar. I came across this recipe, and it didn’t disappoint. 

These cookies ‘n cream fat bombs are pretty easy to put together. 

The method involves lightly toasting almond flour and then mixing in cocoa, oil or butter, and a sweetener. I used Monkfruit sweetener, which turned out perfect.  You then whip up some full-fat coconut milk and heavy cream for the “vanilla cream” flavor and freeze it all together.
