I am the one behind the posts and my husband is behind the lens helping me out. We live in California where the sun is almost always shining and you are never more than a few miles from the ocean. The coastline is always so breathtaking and when we get the time love to spend time down by the water, thus the name Seaside Steps.



I believe it’s important to always be aware of making good choices towards a healthy and fulfilling life.

It is my hope that I can inspire you to “live your best life now” by making positive lifestyle choices so you can not only be fit but also healthy.


Going thru the different phases in life has had its challenges, believe me.  

Wellness matters because it is connected to everything we do; how we think, feel, and interact. It’s about finding balance in our lifestyle and making healthy choices.

Each individual’s path to wellness is different and its something we each have to explore. Through positive lifestyle changes, such as intermittent fasting, I have been trying to get my sanity back and I continue to tweak things as I go.
